Connected Hood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
